T.H.E Artist Agency in Georgetown is a full service agency that represents over 500 models and stylists. T.H.E is not a modeling school; the opportunity to gain knowledge of the market and assistance with development is extended to all talent. T.H.E Artist Agency believes in giving back to the community we work in. Each spring, we underwrite a scholarship for The Fashion Group International Foundation of Greater Washington, DC that is presented to a deserving college student studying fashion design, merchandising or journalism. In addition, we support community events that raise money for breast cancer research, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Children's Hospital, American Red Cross, Whitman Walker, S.O.M.E. (So Others Might Eat) and DC Cares Disaster Relief.

Agency Fee: A 20% agency service charge will be added to the totals.
Usage over 12 months will be calculated on a per job basis.
Preparation: Prep time is billed at full rate.
Lingerie: Client must specify type of lingerie at the time of booking. Agency must clear details of booking with model before accepting the job. Nightgowns, peignoirs, slips and/or body stockings are billed at time and a half per hour. Bras, girdles and/or pantyhose are billed at double the hourly rate. Lingerie and underwear must be done on a closed set.
Overtime: In the event a booking exceeds the time booked, time is billed in 15 minute increments.
Television/Stills:
For TV/Video: All rates must be negotiated.
Fees: One hour minimum on all bookings. In the event a booking exceeds the time booked, time is billed in 15 minute increments according to the studio clock. Length of booking must be specified in advance and full time booked must be paid for, whether used in its entirety or not.
Rate: A day rate consists of eight consecutive hours with a half hour lunch break. Time and a half will be charged for time booked before 9:00 a.m., after 6:00 p.m., time exceeding eight hours and anytime on Saturday.
